Retainer Package:

- Time is tracked using Toggl
- Minimum commitment period is 3 months
By the project – Sometimes it’s easier to set a fixed price for a particular task such as Social Media. An initial quote is given based on the scope of the project but can be subject to revision if the parameters of the project change at a rate of £35 per hour.

How many hours should I purchase?
I will help you determine how many hours to purchase after we have discussed your needs in a free consultation. Retainer packages are paid in advance and hours expire within 60 days of payment. If additional hours are needed, I will notify you prior to your hours’ expiration. This gives you the option to purchase additional hours at the retainer price. If you have any hours left over, you can use those hours for additional support.
How do you track your time?
I use time tracking tools to ensure accurate time tracking. All work completed for you is time tracked. l start the Timer when I begin working on your task and stop the timer when the task is completed. This is the exact time which goes towards your retainer package. You will receive a weekly timesheet.
I am ready to get started, what happens next?
Glad to have you on board. First I will send you a contract for electronic signature. At the same time, I’ll forward an invoice for payment – bank transfer is the easiest method and all the details will be on your invoice. Next, I’ll schedule a mutually convenient time for our onboarding session. Depending on the type of work you’ve requested I may obtain the information during our session or ask you to complete some forms beforehand.
